- Provide follow-up on subsequent actions and care plans.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and documentation of patient interactions and treatments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
