Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a weekday schedule at Methodist Physicians Clinic - Westroads Office Park III in Omaha, NE. The role features a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and no weekend or holiday shifts.

Responsibilities include telephone triage, patient education, documentation, medication handling, and coordination of care across the medical home model. RN license required; BLS/ACLS as noted.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) required.
• Current valid RN license; multistate compact preferred or eligible.
• BLS required within 3 months; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone triage and advise patients per provider instructions.
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain chart integrity.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures and patient education.
• Administer medications and manage prescriptions as directed.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care.
