Job summary

Emerson Health seeks a clinician to triage patients in the Emergency Department for psychiatric or substance abuse services. You will perform clinical evaluations and work under the Director of Behavioral Health Nursing in a per diem capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a field related to mental health required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Must have two years clinical experience.
• LICSW LMHC required.
• BLS healthcare provider.
• CPI achieved within 3 months of hire required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of psychiatric medications, and knowledge of mental health network required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Computer skills and proficiency.
• Must have the ability to maintain confidential information.
