Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Autonomous Vehicle Test team with end-to-end problem analysis for daily test issues.
  • Perform issue triage, root cause analysis, categorization, reporting and summaries.
  • Communicate with Dev teams to understand functional designs and keep knowledge up to date.
  • Develop documentation and tools for issue analysis.
  • Collect test data from in-car testing and provide feedback on software performance.

Sustainable Talent is partnering with NVIDIA, a global leader that has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a Triage Analyzer- Test Engineer to support our client's Autonomous Vehicle Test team.

This is a full-time (W-2) contract with REMOTE work options. We offer competitive pay $70/hr - $95/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

We're looking for a Triage Analyzer; someone with the technical ability to analyze the issues reported from vehicle testing. Highly passionate and innovative about the Autonomous Vehicle Technology and eager to face challenges and activities. Assisting the automotive software testing organization, you'll get along with both software and hardware engineering teams covering multiple disciplines to provide quality product.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Autonomous Vehicle Test team, you will work on Autonomous Vehicle Software for end-to-end problem analysis for the issues reported from daily test.
  • Execute the whole process of problem analysis, including issue triage, root cause analysis, issue categorization, issue reporting and summary.
  • Communicate with Dev team to understand the functional design, keep the technology knowhow up to date.
  • Develop the documentation and tools for issue analysis.
  • Collect test data from routine in car test, provide the feedback of software performance after testing/analysis.

What we need to see:

  • Technical education (EE/Automotive/Computer/Software) degree with relevant 1+ years of experience in the areas of automotive/autonomous driving.
  • Knowledge of vehicle system, autonomous driving system, autonomous driving functions and design.
  • Experience of Linux.
  • Experience of Python/JAVA or other programming language.
  • Self-motivated to learn new thing & embrace fast technology evolution.
  • Experience of issue triage in autonomous driving is a plus.
  • Experience of vehicle test, with the knowhow and hands on experience of vehicle testing.
  • Ability to implement in car testing per request.
  • 3+ years of experience in autonomous driving vehicle testing.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in Software Testing/Development for Autonomous Vehicle/Autonomous Driving System.
  • Experience in Linux development and software programming.
