Best Buy in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Part-time Triage Agent to prepare customer electronics for repair, including basic part replacements, cleaning and shipment readiness. You will work in a team, build relationships with customers, verify serials, perform basic tests and ensure units are ready for shipping.

The role emphasizes reliability and safety, with lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand or sit for long periods in a non-climate-controlled environment.

The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair. Their responsibilities include basic part replacement, cleaning, and preparation for shipment. They prepare and set up units which includes removing product from shipping cartons and lifting onto test racks.
