Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales effort.
• Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance companies, and property management companies.
• Follow up with potential customers via phone calls for written estimates given on-site.
• Follow up with key contacts made during direct sales efforts.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.

• Good organizational skills and ability to follow through on contacts made.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone.
• Ability to calculate and prepare on-site job estimates.
