Job Responsibilities:
- Strategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold call sales effort.
- Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance companies, and property management companies.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone calls for written estimates given on-site.
- Follow up with key contacts made during direct sales efforts.
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.
Job Requirements:

- Good organizational skills and ability to follow through on contacts made.
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone.
- Ability to calculate and prepare on-site job estimates.
