Job summary

Blasco Contractors Inc is seeking a reliable tri-axle dump truck driver to join our team. The driver will haul materials to and from job sites, operate the truck safely, and coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors throughout the day.

The ideal candidate has a valid CDL, experience with tri-axle dump trucks, and the ability to drive manual transmissions. You must maintain safety standards, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and be available for early mornings, overtime, and occasional

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Experience operating a tri-axle dump truck (preferred).
• Ability to drive manual-shift trucks.
• Strong understanding of DOT rules and safe operating practices.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tri-axle dump truck safely and responsibly on public roads and job sites
• Haul materials such as stone, dirt, asphalt, and other aggregates
• Follow all loading, hauling, and dumping procedures
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Communicate with dispatch and site personnel regarding routes, schedules, and changes
• Maintain a clean and organized truck
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Navigate job sites with care, including tight areas, uneven terrain, and active work zones
• Use tarps or other equipment to secure loads when required
