Job summary

Cargo Aircraft Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Trent 700 Powerplant Programs Manager to oversee strategic, technical, commercial, and operational management of Trent 700 engine programs through the engine lifecycle.

The role liaises with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Procurement, OEMs, MRO providers, airlines, lessors, and other stakeholders to ensure safety, efficiency, and contractual compliance while maximizing asset value.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in aircraft engine programs.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for budgets and cost forecasting.
• Excellent communication and relationship management across technical, commercial, and operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value engine events simultaneously.
• Experience with LLP, ADs, SBs, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiation and vendor management experience with OEMs and MROs.
• Ability to work across Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Procurement and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of Trent 700 engine programs including maintenance strategies and lifecycle planning.
• Oversee engine shop visits from planning to return-to-service.
• Monitor performance and reliability; identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and monitor budgets; analyze maintenance costs; maximize asset value.
• Oversee contractual obligations and relationships with OEMs, MROs, airlines and lessors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper technical records management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align activity with objectives.
• Support long-term engine planning, reserves, and asset utilization.
• Manage multiple events with visibility into schedules, budgets and risks.
