Job summary

EVEREVE in Cincinnati is seeking a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist to deliver the EVEREVE experience in-store, styling Trendsend boxes and guiding customers through a personalized fashion journey.

You will curate 6–8 pieces per box, write warm styling notes, review customer profiles in the Trendsend stylist app, ensure timely packing, shipping, and returns, and work with the team to hit personal sales goals.

Qualifications

• In-store position with no remote option.
• Prefer styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company.
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trend.
• Ability to shine while working independently and in a team environment.
• Strong instinct for reading people’s sense of style, fashion level, and wants.
• Open to growth and development, highly coachable.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform.
• Review customer profiles through the Trendsend stylist app.
• Curate 6-8 pieces styled in full looks aligned to the customer’s body type, lifestyle, and requests.
• Write authentic, warm notes to customers with styling tips and end uses.
• Oversee and inspect the quality of the product.
• Process Trendsend returns and coordinate with Care Team as needed.
• Efficient time management within the scheduled shift time.
• Achieve or exceed personal minimum sales plan; target SPB per box and keep rates in check.
• Style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers within 45 minutes.
