Six Flags St. Louis is seeking a creative Social Media Intern to help capture guest experiences and craft engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube during the 2026 season.

You'll collaborate with the Marketing team, edit photos and videos, publish posts, monitor trends, and help report on performance, all while enjoying an energetic theme-park setting and gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and trends.
• Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content throughout the park and at events.
• Create engaging social content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube.
• Edit photos and videos and deliver polished content within a few days of capture.
• Assist with scheduling and publishing posts per marketing calendar.
• Monitor social media trends and platform updates for engagement opportunities.
• Support community management by monitoring comments and messages.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop content ideas and campaigns.
• Maintain brand standards and guidelines in all content.
• Collect and report social media performance metrics and insights.
• Attend park events to capture content as needed.
