Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related creative field.
• 5+ years in home textiles, textile design, or merchandising.
• Hands-on textile or design background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal concepts, color palettes, mood boards, and product stories.
• Build and merchandise home textile assortments with color and pattern focus.
• Identify opportunities for new products, materials, and category expansion.
• Collaborate with Design to translate trends into viable products.
• Provide direction and feedback throughout design and development.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales on retailer-specific concepts and assortments.
• Participate in line reviews, showrooms, and buyer meetings.
• Balance aesthetics with cost, production, and timelines.
