PURIS Corporation, Llc is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for Cured in Place Piping (CIPP) projects in the Clearwater, FL area. The role oversees the construction phase, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet schedules and budgets while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or business preferred.
• Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects (CIPP) is required.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cost-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, owners, inspectors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Understand project specifications and contractual obligations; negotiate changes as needed.
• Manage pricing estimates, proposals and job setup.
• Lead pre-construction planning and ensure timely submittals and permits.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, material delivery and field crews.
• Track costs, billings, and payments; report progress to leadership.
