Job summary

PURIS Corp is seeking a Project Manager- Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation in Clearwater, FL to lead CIPP-based sewer and stormwater projects. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating internal and external teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers and subcontractors, managing pre-construction activities, and ensuring timely submittals and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or business preferred.
• CIPP experience is required.
• Solid understanding of MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with HCSS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, owners, inspectors, subcontractors and internal teams to execute projects.
• Understand and manage project specifications, pricing, proposals and job setup.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and resources; track costs and billing.
• Ensure pre-construction tasks such as permitting and materials ordering are completed.
• Monitor subcontracted work, submittals and project close-out documentation.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners to grow PURIS footprint.
