Job summary

PURIS is hiring a Boiler Operator in Stone Mountain, GA to operate and maintain boiler equipment used in Cured in Place Process (CIPP) lining. This full-time role supports trenchless sewer/storm line rehabilitations across North America.

The Boiler Operator drives the boiler truck, performs inspections, and assists crew with installation and site cleanup while adhering to safety policies and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess, or obtain within 90 days of hire, a CDL with HAZMAT and required endorsements.
• Experience in construction environments, preferably with water/sewer utilities.
• Able to perform physically strenuous work, work in confined spaces and all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive boiler truck/tractor-trailer and operate the boiler for curing in place (CIPP) installations.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assist crew with site prep, line installation, and cleanup as directed by Foreman.
• Identify curing pressures and monitor gauges, temperature and pressure during the curing process.
• Safely operate safety and confined-space procedures and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
