Qualifications

• Ability to perform sustained hard physical labor in all weather conditions.
• Shows up on time and works the full day.
• Follows safety rules around equipment and underground utilities.
• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand digging around existing underground utilities in congested areas.
• Potholing to expose and verify utility locations.
• Installing conduit and innerduct, including fittings.
• Backfilling, compacting, and restoring the ground surface.
• Spotting equipment and supporting the crew.
