Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a SupervisoryTree Operations Lead to oversee crews and ensure safe, efficient tree work for utility and private customers. You will manage scheduling, direct field activities, and maintain strong public relations while upholding company standards.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in tree work or supervisory roles, plus solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A valid driver’s license, physical fitness, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in the tree industry or supervisory experience.
• Strong management, organizational, and people skills are required.
• Must be 18+ with HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in good standing as determined by Lucas Tree.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Must be physically able to perform job duties.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with technology and basic computer skills.
• Ability to create estimates for bids and maintain good public relations.
• Ability to develop new accounts and handle customer concerns.
