Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and report to a supervisor
• Reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and honesty
• Good communication skills for customer interactions

Responsibilities:

• Follow all policies and procedures
• Arrive consistently by 6 AM
• Prepare work truck with equipment and supplies
• Support Trimming Technicians during evaluations and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work truck
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Communicate effectively with management
• Continuously improve your understanding of plant health and our services
