Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to use heavy landscaping equipment, including chainsaws and power pruners.
• The ability to work on your feet all day, regularly lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a job site to determine the best course of action when pruning or trimming a tree.
• Use a rope and rigging system or an aerial lift to access the tops of trees and large bushes safely.
• Carry off and dispose of all tree debris, leaving a clean space behind.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
