Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a motivated Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, operate and service necessary tools, and maintain safe work areas in Liberty, MO. The role involves lifting, climbing, and working at heights under varied weather conditions.

You will work in a full-time, non-exempt position with opportunities to learn, train others, and contribute to safe site operations. Compensation is hourly and benefits are provided according to company policy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces while handling equipment or material.
• No fear of heights.
• Must have good hand-to-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans up debris and keeps work areas clear and safe.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, and operates trucks and equipment as assigned.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Trains new employees and assists in safety checks.
