Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber in Ohio. This full-time, non-exempt role trims/removes trees and debris, operates and maintains tools and equipment, and assists in site safety and traffic control.

Requires 18+, ability to work at heights, and HS diploma or equivalent. Pre-employment screening applies; driver license preferred. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and company retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans up with woodchipper feeds debris as needed.
• Relays signals, directs traffic, drives trucks as assigned.
• Maintains good housekeeping on trucks and work locations.
