Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber to perform tree trimming and related duties in the field. You will climb, operate equipment, and ensure safe work practices while protecting people and property.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires physical fitness, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and a high school diploma is preferred; a driver's license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to walk, climb and work from ladders or at various heights.
• No fear of heights.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination.
• High School Diploma preferred; entry-level position available.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives, and operates trucks and equipment.
• Sets up barriers, warning signs, flags, markers, etc.
• Trained to perform tree and bucket rescue.
