Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Missouri seeks a Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, operate tools, and keep work areas safe. This full-time, non-exempt role requires lifting, climbing, and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

You will load/unload trucks, direct traffic, assist in training new staff, and coordinate with customers as needed. A high school diploma is preferred and pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to climb, walk, and work from ladders at heights.
• Good hand-eye coordination and safety-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees and branches; service tools and equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris to woodchippers as needed.
• Direct traffic when necessary and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist in training new employees and ensure safe work conditions.
