Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for a full-time, non-exempt role in Tennessee. The position pays hourly with a competitive benefits package. You will trim and remove trees, operate and maintain tools, load and unload trucks, and assist in training new staff.

Safety and proper handling of equipment are essential. Qualified candidates should be able to work at various heights, pass pre-employment checks, and be committed to maintaining safe job sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Feeds brush/debris into a woodchipper.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards.
• Assists in training new employees.
• Sets up barriers and signs to protect workers and the public.
