Essential Functions

• Cut and/or trim trees using various industry best management practices.
• Use wedges, sledges, and chain saws for felling trees, trimming trunks, and cutting/splitting logs.
• Apply herbicides to prevent further growth as indicated on maps.
• Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris; feed brush into a woodchipper.
• Use best management practices to safeguard employees and the public from hazards.
• Inspect tools, trucks, and equipment; request repairs as needed; maintain good housekeeping.
• Commit to working safely daily.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Starting Package

Between $25 - $39/hr.
