• Trim and prune trees, branches, and shrubs as directed.
• Remove dead, damaged, or overgrown branches.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and tree-trimming equipment safely.
• Assist with cleanup and removal of branches, debris, and green waste.
• Perform general landscape maintenance when tree-trimming work is not scheduled.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition.

• Previous landscaping or tree-trimming experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping and tree-trimming equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working around trees, ladders, and elevated work areas as required by the position.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
