Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Tree Room Back Server to join the F&B team. Work with the service staff to ensure smooth dining room operations in a casual yet professional setting.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, support for servers, and maintaining station readiness during 4:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be 21+, with a part-time, year-round schedule at the resort in Sundance, WY.

Qualifications

• Three months related experience and/or training.
• Must have water and bread service knowledge.
• Point of sale experience preferred (Micros, Aloha or equivalent).
• Must possess or obtain a valid food handler's permit within 30 days of employment.
• Must possess or obtain a valid alcohol service permit within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Tree Room guests warmly and create a positive experience.
• Assist servers and keep servers on the floor at all times.
• Set dining room and clear/reset tables as needed.
• Stock service stations and support bussing operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Utah liquor laws and food/service details.
