Job description

Arbor Management Associates Inc. is in Sunman IN and we searching for a full time dependable honest candidate who has 2-3 years of experience as a tree Groundsman. We will consider less with a good work ethic. The Tree Groundsman’s duties include reporting to the Foreman, assisting Arborists, collecting and piling branches, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring hazard-free work areas. You should be able to work with a variety of crew members. To be successful as a Tree Groundsman, you should be physically strong and able to work in extreme weather conditions. Outstanding Tree Groundsmen should be able to carry out instructions efficiently and complete all maintenance tasks to the highest standard. We provide a safe work environment and we have a friendly staff. You must show up every day on time and ready to work. We also provide a 401K matching program to full-time employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test at any time.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work outside in various types of weather.
• Must be physically able to perform the requirements of the position. (Lift 50+ pounds)
• Must be willing and able to learn how to operate a bucket/lift & operate all equipment safely.
