Responsibilities of a Tree Groundman

• Assist crew members in daily tree care operations, including cleanup.
• Support Trimmers and Foremen with ropes, tools, and equipment.
• Control road and sidewalk traffic when needed.
• Operate tree care equipment, spray trucks, and tow chippers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clean job sites.
• Use and maintain tools such as hand tools, chainsaws, and chippers.
• Follow strict safety protocols and be prepared for emergency situations.
• Gain hands-on experience and learn various aspects of tree care.
