We’re growing and looking for a reliable, hardworking team member who can handle a truck and contribute in the field. This role is flexible for the right person: whether you’re an experienced bucket operator or a groundsman with driving experience, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate forestry trucks (manual transmission required)
• Transport crews, equipment, and materials to job sites
• Assist with tree care operations as needed (bucket, grounds work, cleanup, rigging support)
• Support team with equipment setup and job site efficiency
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work vehicles

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
• Ability to drive manual transmission trucks (non-negotiable)
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ideal Candidates:

• Experienced Operator: Can run equipment and lead on-site production

Conductor / Operador de Camión Forestal (CDL Requerido)

Lo Que Harás:

• Operar de manera segura camiones forestales (transmisión manual requerida)
• Transportar equipos, herramientas y personal a los sitios de trabajo
• Apoyar en labores de arboricultura según sea necesario (canastilla, trabajo en tierra, limpieza, apoyo en rigging)
• Apoyar al equipo con la preparación de equipos y eficiencia en el sitio de trabajo

Requisitos:

• Licencia CDL (Licencia Comercial de Conducir) válida
• Capacidad para manejar camiones de transmisión manual no negociable
