Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for the Spruce Pine, NC area. This full-time, non-exempt role involves trimming and removing trees, climbing and operating tools, and maintaining a safe work zone.

The position is outdoors in varying weather, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliability. A high school diploma is preferred; entry-level applicants are welcome, subject to pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service required tools/equipment.
• Cut and split large debris into manageable pieces.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into woodchipper.
• Safely set up barriers and protect workers and the public.
• Assist in training new employees.
