Job summary

Four Peaks Landscape Management in Phoenix is seeking a Tree Climber Specialist for full-time employment. The role requires climbing living and dead trees, operating gear (stump grinders, chippers, chainsaws), and strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols.

You’ll need a valid AZ driver’s license and a minimum of three years of verified climbing experience. The position offers a four 10-hour-day schedule with Fridays off, ongoing ISA/ANSI safety training, and a path to advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable tree climbing experience.
• Experience pruning palms and trees from 20 to 75+ feet tall.
• Familiar with ISA/ANSI safety standards and proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and perform proper pruning and safety practices.
• Work safely in extreme heat/cold and varying weather.
• Climb trees using proper PPE, rigging, and equipment; trim/remove varieties of trees.
