Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a professional tree maintenance crew member to perform climbing and rigging tasks under the Crew Leader's guidance. You will climb trees using hooks and belts, assess health and safety, and follow established rigging procedures.

This full-time role offers benefits and paid holidays; the compensation ranges from $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience. Candidates should be able to lift over 50 pounds and demonstrate knot-tying and rope-handling skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in tree climbing and rigging
• Able to demonstrate working knowledge of basic climbing knots and rigging devices used in tree trimming and removal operations
• Lift heavy objects over 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Climb trees, using climbing hooks and belts, or climb ladders to gain access to work areas
• Evaluate tree health for safety of climb
