Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking a Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team in Carmel, IN. You will climb, prune, and care for trees while maintaining safety and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities include removals, cabling, and operating bucket trucks. Candidates should be skilled in pruning large trees, identifying species, and climbing without spurs, with a valid US driver’s license. Outdoor work environment and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with pruning large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree/shrub species.
• Ability to climb without spurs and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Climb and prune large shade trees and ornamentals using proper practices.
• Perform removals, cable bracing, and other tree care techniques.
• Safely operate chainsaws, equipment, and aerial lifts (bucket trucks).
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Apply industry safety standards in all aspects of tree care.
