Monster Tree Service of North Shore in Illinois is hiring a Tree Climber to join a growing field force. You will climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties using rope and saddle, while following safety protocols.

Operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear as part of a crew supporting the Foreman. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

Formación

• Climbing with rope and saddle; knots and safe descent.
• Familiarity with ANSI standards and safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Safely operate tools including hand tools, chainsaws, and chippers.
• Work as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Provide excellent customer service on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Properly prepare, maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
• Operates as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Climbing experience utilizing rope and saddle when pruning, knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
• Experience with Aerial Lifts desired.
• Familiarity with ANSI standards.
• Driver's License required with clean driving record, CDL preferred.
• Experience with driving non-CDL trucks with trailers.
• Experience with crew management, training, customer service, and safety procedures is highly valuable.
