Qualifications

• CDL Class-A is a plus; may lead to higher pay.
• OSHA familiarity or training preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Position is physically demanding; requires lifting and endurance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.
• Candidate should be flexible and able to multi-task.
• Effective communication with supervisors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Operate climbing equipment and perform pruning, trimming, and removal.
• Follow climbing work plan and safety procedures with PPE.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; conduct pre-climb checks.
• Perform rigging knots and lowering techniques with and without assist.
• Identify hazards and ensure safe work environment; coordinate with team.
