Christian Brothers Outdoor Services is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join our growing team in Grant, MI. This role focuses on safe, quality tree care and outdoor work with opportunity for advancement. You will climb trees, prune and remove when needed, and operate bucket trucks to reach elevated work areas.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of tree-climbing experience, skills in tree care, trimming or removals, and a strong safety mindset. CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care, trimming, or removals is required.
• Ability to operate equipment safely.
• Strong physical stamina and comfort working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Safely climb and work in trees using proper equipment and techniques
• Perform pruning, trimming, and tree removals
• Operate bucket trucks for elevated tree work
• Support tree-care and landscape projects
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Work closely with the crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
