Job summary

Specialized Recruiting Group in Cleves, OH seeks a Tree Climber Crew Lead to supervise removal, pruning, and trimming projects, while maintaining safety and quality.

You will climb trees, operate a 72' track lift and other aerial gear, direct crew members, and ensure on-time completion of tasks. Experience and licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tree removal, tree pruning, and climbing/lift operation.
• Valid driver's license with experience operating large trucks and trailers.
• Proficiency in tree climbing, aerial lift operation, proper pruning techniques, rigging, knot tying, chainsaw use, and tree care equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and maintain a safe job site.
• ISA Certified Arborist, Class A CDL, mechanical aptitude, or general foreman/project management experience are highly preferred.
