Joshua Tree Experts, a premier tree care company in North Dallas, is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a 2-4 person crew. The role involves assisting in tree removal, pruning, and preservation while emphasizing safety and client communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of climbing experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Expect a full-time, year-round position with benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with crew leader and coworkers.
• Maintain professional image and provide excellent customer service.
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist.
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment.
• Follow company safety culture and ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations.
• Be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Understand and operate aerial lifts.

Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care professionals in North Dallas, is searching for an experienced Tree Climber!

As a Tree Climber with Joshua Tree Experts you will work alongside a 2 to 4 person tree crew. You will be assisting in tree removal, tree pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. Being a Climber is an extremely important role for the Tree Crew.

Climber's are responsible for ensuring safe tree operations, maintaining assigned equipment, and communicating with effectively with crew. Climbers play a key role in communicating with clients and public near the job site.

What a Tree Climber Does

• Communicates with crew leader and coworkers effectively
• Maintain professional image
• Provide excellent customer service
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialist
• Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment
• Follow company safety culture
• Understand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care Operations
