Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily tree care operations including pruning, removal, cabling, and bracing
- Perform advanced climbing, rigging, and aerial lift work using industry-standard safety procedures
- Supervise and mentor tree care crews, ensuring proper technique, productivity, and professionalism
- Conduct job site evaluations and hazard assessments prior to work commencement
- Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure satisfaction and clear expectations
- Maintain and operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Promote and model a culture of safety and environmental respect
- Assist in training team members in safe practices and technical skills
- Stay current on best practices and innovations in arboriculture
Qualifications
- Required: Certified Arborist (ISA)
- 3+ years of professional experience in arboriculture, including climbing and crew leadership
- Proficiency in rigging, pruning, removals, and aerial lift operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret tree risk assessments
- Physical stamina to work in all weather conditions and lift heavy equipment
- Should provide own climbing gear
- Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Work Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday

- We service local Pennsylvania towns in and around the surrounding areas of Pottstown, West Chester, and Philadelphia.
