Job summary

ADDISON GROUP is seeking a Trees Care Services Business Developer in Tucson, AZ to grow and manage commercial tree care services across a regional territory. This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission and includes a company vehicle.

You will lead the full sales cycle, partner with operations, finance, and marketing, and target mid-to-senior decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Tree Care Industry certifications (TCIA and/or ISA Certified Arborist preferred).
• Commercial B2B sales experience within the service or green industry.
• Extensive face-to-face selling experience with mid-to-senior level decision-makers.
• Proven success in longer sales cycle environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate commercial tree care services within an assigned territory.
• Prospect new business using consultative B2B sales techniques.
• Develop tree care programs and estimates for new and existing clients.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, in-person meetings, and virtual demos.
• Negotiate contracts with minimal supervision.
• Expand market penetration and grow targeted accounts.
• Meet sales goals and activity benchmarks.
• Log sales activity in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Collaborate internally to pursue larger opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

The Tree Care Services Business Developer manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while partnering closely with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to deliver customized solutions and achieve revenue targets.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Selling and estimating commercial tree care services within an assigned territory
• Proactively prospecting new business using consultative B2B sales techniques
• Developing tree care programs and estimates for both new and existing clients
