Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a seasoned safety professional to lead field safety initiatives across our tree care operations. You will organize employee safety training, audit field practices weekly, and implement improved materials handling across sites.

You will analyze accidents, prepare training for employees and vendors, and review inquiries to drive safer work environments. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and CTSP certification, with extensive experience in tree trimming operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in construct and/or tree industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years’ experience in the Line Clearance Tree Trimming industry.

Responsibilities

• Organize safety training for employees and report problems to management.
• Visit job sites weekly to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment, and material.
• Research and implement new materials handling processes and safety training.
• Analyze accident reports and evaluate injuries.
• Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors.
• Review injury and incident inquiries and evaluations.
