Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Groundsperson for our Indianapolis, IN area. You will join a Tree Care crew to perform pruning, removals, and cable bracing, operating equipment safely on client properties. The role supports delivering healthy, beautiful landscapes while collaborating with skilled teammates in a safety-first environment.

Experience with tree care tools and outdoor work, plus a willingness to complete required trainings, will help you thrive. CDL a plus, valid work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on ability with general tree care equipment.
• Experience with landscape tasks and safe lifting techniques helpful.
• Knowledge of common knots (Weaver, Clove Hitch, Gilhoogan) is a plus.
• Proficient use of pruning tools such as hand snips and pruners is expected.
• Candidate must be able to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
