Jireh is recruiting in New Jersey for a hands-on crew member. We’re looking for hard-working, reliable people to join the Jireh crew; no experience required for some roles—just show up, work hard, and grow with us.

Qualifications

• No experience required for some roles.
• Paid training provided.
• Willingness to perform ground crew duties and tree work.
• ISA certification is a plus but not required; training supported.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial tree work including pruning, trimming, and removal using ropes and harnesses.
• Support the tree crew on job sites — moving debris, running equipment, and keeping the work area clean and safe.
• Great entry point into a tree care career.
