Job summary

Valley Tree Care LLC is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our Phoenix team. You'll answer phones, handle administrative tasks, create routes, dispatch technicians and sales reps, and process payments, all in a fast-paced, family-owned setting.

We value reliability, organization, and professional communication. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with office access near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and sales experience valued, but not required.
• Experience or familiarity with dispatching.
• Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Completed administrative tasks (ex: data entry, scanning, filing, etc.)
• Create routes in our system and assign technicians
• Dispatch routes for sales reps and technicians
• Process payments/collect card information
