Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience with Commercial Applicator License.
• Experience in route scheduling and managing own day at each client.
• Leadership experience supervising team members while completing daily stops.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Positive attitude under pressure and strong work ethic focused on safety.
• Excellent communication and professionalism when dealing with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Learn and strictly enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead morning prep and arrive at 7 AM.
• Stock truck with equipment and supplies and organize backstock.
• Drive safely to residential and commercial stops.
• Evaluate, treat, and monitor trees for pests and diseases.
• Supervise Plant Health Care technicians in the field for quality and efficiency.
• Keep truck, backstock, and equipment clean and organized.
• Fill out paperwork and reports via company software.
• Communicate field progress to management.
