Job summary

Joshua Tree Experts in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks a Tree Care Crew Leader to join a safety-first, fast-growing team. You will lead tree care operations on residential and commercial properties, while representing the company on job sites with clear communication and professionalism.

This is a full-time, year-round role with benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, plus paid vacation and holidays. Strong arboriculture knowledge and a valid CDL-B are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removals.
• Excellent understanding of tree care operations and safe practices.
• Ability to climb and navigate trees safely and efficiently.
• Extensive knowledge of tree species, diseases, and care techniques.
• Proficiency with tree care equipment (chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders).
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication with team members, clients, and supervisors.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record; CDL-B preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate tree care operations on residential and commercial properties.
• Operate lifts and equipment safely to prune, remove, or manage growth.
• Monitor and maintain assigned equipment to ensure reliability.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality service.
• Perform arboriculture tasks including risk assessment, pruning, removals, and cabling.
