Job summary

Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care professionals in Stockertown, PA, is seeking an Experienced Tree Climber to join our 2- to 4-person crews. You will assist in tree removal, pruning, and preservation techniques while adhering to ANSI standards.

Responsibilities include communicating with the crew leader and clients, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service in a safety-focused environment. Expect a 40-hour week with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of tree climbing experience required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with crew leader, coworkers, clients, and the public.
• Ensure safe tree operations and follow safety culture.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.
• Delegate work to Groundman Operations Specialists.
• Operate aerial lifts safely and effectively.
• Commit to a schedule of at least 40 hours per week.
