Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a full-time Treatment Support Technician for the REST Program in Waynesburg, PA. You will assist with overnight activities, monitor residents, and support a recovery-focused environment.

The role involves coordinating with clinical staff, handling documentation, and assisting during crises under supervision. A valid driver’s license and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI fingerprint clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff.
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.

You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.

Requirements

What you need
