Join to apply for the Treatment Specialist Audiologist role at Earlens Corporation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treatment Specialist Audiologist to provide remote hearing healthcare services for Earlens hearing devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, consultations, and making recommendations through a telemedicine format.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing assessments/diagnostics using remote technology and interpret results for practice/patient.
  • Provide remote counseling/support to patients regarding hearing loss & the Earlens solutions available.
  • Recommend, sell, and fit appropriate Earlens solutions & air conduction systems for patients.
  • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinate with local and national resources to support patient care.
  • Provide excellent patient care, proactive customer service while minimizing returns.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hearing and telehealth technology.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as set by the clinic.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or related field.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Florida.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing instrument fitting and dispensing.
  • Experience with telehealth technology and remote patient care is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to use a computer and telehealth technology.
