Job summary

The State of Iowa, Department of Health and Human Services, Woodward Resource Center seeks a Treatment Program Administrator to lead a team serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. This full-time role features a non-fixed, variable schedule and a focus on high-quality, person-centered care.

You will supervise staff, coach on comprehensive plans, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with families and case managers to sustain program quality and safety in community-based

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and evaluating staff, managing performance, and applying disciplinary procedures.
• Ability to train staff on program procedures, medications, and plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with HCBS Waiver regulations and community-based care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees directly and indirectly, ensure evaluations are completed on time, and manage performance and attendance.
• Provide competency-based training on member Comprehensive Plans, programs, medications, and expectations.
• Uphold high ethical standards and act as a role model for the team.
• Organize daily operations to maximize service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, case managers, and community staff to ensure program continuity.
